toothpaste works sometimes. makes sure it's the paste, though, not the gel. i've heard crest is a good brand for pimples. it's supposed to kill the bacteria in the pimple just like it kills the bacteria in your mouth when you brush your teeth.
try some medicated ointment designed for pimples.
use salt to dry them out (just like you would a scrub.)
i've heard lemon works for killing bacteria.
be sure to be gentle on it. moisturize before you go to bed and get plenty of sleep because your skin rejuvinates itself during the night.
in the mean time, try a concealer.
Good luck.

Try limiting your dairy consumption.
A 2005 Harvard study found a connection:
"Acne Associated with Dairy Intake…
A new Harvard study links dairy products to adolescent acne. A group of 47,000 women from the Nurses’ Health Study was asked to provide information about several aspects of their diet during high school as well as any incidence of physician-diagnosed severe teenage acne.
Researchers noted a positive association with total milk and skim milk consumption, along with instant breakfast drinks, sherbet, cottage cheese, and cream cheese.
No association was found with several other foods often thought to affect acne, including soda, french fries, chocolate candy, and pizza. The scientists postulate that hormones and bioactive ingredients found in milk may be responsible."

As far as a quick fix, I dunno. It wasn't caused by food though, so don't go changing your diet. (yay!) It could be stress or whatever, but try Proactiv if that happens often. If it's just one, it's not worth it to try proactiv. You could try rubbing alcohol (the type, don't actually rub it at all) after popping it, or hydrogen peroxide to dry it out.
Good luck!

to get rid of the one zit you have NOW, try an "on-the spot" treatment containing salylic acid. for later, you could go to a dermatologist for medication if your skin is really bad, but if it isn't horrible, you could try an acne ifghting face wash. howver, I absoloutly recommend proactiv -- it really works!!
