Well nobody knows really I think J.K Rowling is playing with our minds. Many people think that Harry will die sacrificing himself in a heroic action killing Voldemort. J.k Rowling mention that killing the main character is an easy way to end the series so there won't be loose ends. But maybe shes toying with us so we would think she will kill harry-well only the 7th book will let us know, until then we can only guess.

Surely not. I've heard two people do die. I'm not concerned about Harry so much as Ron and Hermione. They've somehow managed to avoid all the life-or-death situations in the series. Maybe in book seven they won't be so lucky.

The reviewers say that at least three of the main characters will die, they also say that it isn't uncommon to kill off the main character so that the series ends. But if she kills off Harry, that means that Valdemort wins! I am really looking forward to the seventh.

well, according to the prophecy, one has to die so that the other may live. if harry potter dies, then voldemort will live. ooor. if harry potter willingly gives his life because he loves his friends, that will be the end of voldemort. voldemort doesn't have any love in his heart and learning how to love is the only way to destroy his evil heart.

Have you heard what she's been saying! I think that having Harry die would be too predictable. It could happen. She say's that she wants to make it so that there could be no spin-offs of her storys. It is a deffinite possibilty. More than one character may die.

nobody knows, jk rowling isnt even finished with the book (i think, mayb just finished). but i really hope he doesnt die, that would b very sad! and also he is a wizard so he can turn into a ghost or somebody can make him come back to life if he dies, but i dont want him to die

JK rowling says that two pivitol characters will die. it makes sense to me that harry and voldemort will die in a final battle. once voldemort is gone it'll be happy go lucky and the story will end. that's just what i think.

ok,it's d million dollar question.i think harry will die.like dan said,he wants harry to die.a good ending.emma doesn't like it but agrees w. dan tht harry has 2 die 4 voldie to die-she said this in 2005 showbiz tonight.
