No not at all. People develop at different times. You're still pretty young so don't worry about it.

No, you should not be worried at all. I just turned 13 and I wasn't so developed either when I was 12. We all have different bodies, so some bodies are a bit on the slow side, some may be fast. Most girls start puberty from ages 8 to 13. So you're okay. Pubery ends by usually 15 to 17. When I was 12, I was a midget basically. A MIDGET!!!! lol...At the beginning of 7th grade, I was a mere 4' 7 and a half" tall and that's kinda short. I didn't have much of a bump either...But hey...now it's summer and I'm starting to tower...I'm 5 feet tall and still in middle of growthspur, I start to feel different emotions, and *eh hem....eh hem...how should i say this* (...have bigger bumps). Don't compare yourselves to other 12 year olds who looked more developed. Just focus on the wonderful your body CAN do like swimming...etc. Take care of your body like a good sleep, good hygiene, exercise, and eating nutritiously.

When I was 14 I was the only girl in my class with boobs. I wouldn't sweat it. If you haven't started your period yet or it just came on recently, then you still have a lot of developing to go. Also, look at your mother and other women in your family. They tend to all be similar.
