Should I be wearing a bra?

I'm in my late 20's and have a 34B. They are very perky and I can't remember the last time I wore a bra. One girlfriends says I should because if I don't I'll be extra saggy when I'm old and another says my nipples should not be noticeable. I mean, first I am not even close to being old and second most summer fabrics are sheer, it's the style - skin is in. I think they're just jealous - when we go anywhere, the guys are always trying to get with me first. Are they just being b*tchy? Or should I start looking like somebody's Grandma?

see babes..be as sexy as possible...coz everybody damn cares if ur not attractive...so better get ur clothing style straightened up...and abt the bra it shuld be tight so that ur nipples get noticed...one of the attractions...

Now there hasn't actually been defining proof that waring a bra prevents sagging breasts in old age. Likewise there hasn't been anything significant to imply the opposite.
Though it's not solid evidence, there have been findings that NOT wearing a bra excercises the different kinds of tissue on the underside of your breasts causing a naturaly occuring "built-in" bra. You should still war some support when doing high-impact excercises such as running to prevent scar tissue, but other than that there's no medical proof that suggests one way or the other.
As for your nipples being noticeable, while I don't see any reason in being modest, there is a point that social norms will accept you to. If guys can see your nipples through your clothes sure they'll be attracted to you, but for the wrong reasons. I don't suggest you start dressing like your grandma, but do find some happy medium between showing off what you have and looking downright trashy.

There is a reason for bras you know? They do help in later life with the perkiness of breasts but they're also there to help a woman be modest i.e. to stop your nipples from showing. And as for your comment on all the guys are going for you.....! Ha ha ha ha ha!!! You do know that they're going fro you because you've got your nipples on show? And maybe your friends are jealous of you but they've still got a point. Oh and another thing...I'm only just 20 and I wear a bra...does that mean I look like somebodys grandma?
And there are other ways to feel sexy in a bra...buy a sexy on and try and leave a little to the imagination.

I hate you because I always wanted to go bra less its ONLY because, I am sooo big that I can't. You really should wear a bra at least for a majority of the day. You know there are pretty, sexy sheer bra's out there. All women should wear good quality bras not those frilly ones for work and working out to support their breasts. Have you ever seen the discovery channel? Those women who never wear bras don't exactly keep their perky shape for long. At some point I do think it is inevitable. 3 min (pretty, frilly, lacy) bras should only be worn for a little while 4-5 hours max for special nights out and or dates. I also hope that you realize that you aren't really getting the attention that you think you are getting its your nipples that are getting it. I used to cut off the band-aid tape part to cover my nipples, so that if in case the room was cold it wouldn't appear that I was.

Honey, it's your choice. If you're trying to attract attention, not wearing a bra is the way to go. And yes, one day your boobs will sag if you have a kid. Those Bs will turn into Ds and that perkiness will be a thing of the past.

Your friends probably are jealous but ask yourself if you want guys to like you for your mind or body? If it's your body, then bra less is the way to go.

I'm 25 with a 34 B and these baby's are no where near sagging, but then again I know how to work a bra. My boyfriend says one of his favorite past times is imagining what set of Victoria's Secret I choose to wear this morning. Now guys, you can't say that's not sexy! Sees me in my suit for work and just knows there is something small and see-thru under there. Gotta have a little mystery. Keeps it interesting. By the way, how will you explain why mommy's nipples are in all the family photos?

I think you should wear a bra in the majority of times. Say, wear a bra in 70% of times, such as when you're home alone, when you'll probably not get in touch with guys and so on. Guys like girls who don't wear a bra, that's true!! But think about your health, I mean not to get saggy, 'couse if a girl is too saggy, she wouldn't ask your question...

Personally, I hate you, because I'm so huge, going with out a bra is a hazzard. But as for you, you can do whatever you want. If you have gone all this time without wearing a bra, then whats a few more years? Go get em girl!

Well, that depends on whether or not you've ever been held up before. My sister used to use some devise to strengthen her natural support. Do you work out? Some bras are fashionable too. What looks best and feels best all the way around I would say.

Yes. Wearing a bra is essencital especially at your age. They will start to get saggy and will make you look like an old grandma.( So I've heard.... ) It is best to wear a bra to keep your breasts supported.
