You and I are in the same boat! I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my 4th and time is just dragging. With my first I was 1 day late. With my second I was so darn miserable and heard that Balsamic Vinegar helped start labor. I started eating that on my salad everyday and my daughter came a week early. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. All I can tell you is to just enjoy your last week or so. Do something just for yourself. After the baby comes you won't have much time for rest and relaxation. Congratulations and good luck!

if i were you i would put the finishing touches on the babies room, do some last minute cleaning and laundry, stock up on groceries, cook and freeze some meals for after the baby gets here (you won't wanna cook) you could make a scrap book that is very time consuming! get together with some friends for lunch or have some friends over during the week if they aren't all at work i know its horrible but the baby will be here soon enough and stressing over d-day won't make it come any quicker

my son was a month early. after we found out that he was healthy, it was a relief because he still weighed 7 lbs. he would have been a monster if he had gone full term! my hubby and i hadn't slept much a few night before i delivered, so when my hubby came home from work, he popped a couple sleeping pills with a couple of beers and went to sleep. about an hour later, we were on our way to the hospital! after the epidural we both ended up taking about an hour nap. don't worry about having a long labor or anything. i have heard dome horror stories about 36 hour labors! i had him in 6 hours and he was my first child. congrats and just keep thinking about how wonderful it will be to meet them when they finally get here.

I think thats why women get miserable and grouchy is they cant wait any longer. If you continue to do "light exercise" or many will walk while in their last trimester. I was in my nesting period and I actually weedeated the front yard on my due date.. (not mowed) but weedeated. That broke my water. I just kept busy with painting, yard work, house work.
