Have you asked her why she's angry? Maybe she's annoyed because you're not doing something she'd like you to, or maybe you're doing something she really doesn't want you to. Is this new, or has it always been like this? Maybe you're hurting her...

Make sure she's satisfied before you start with the penetration sex. Most women do not orgasm from penetration alone anyways. Make sure she gets hers before you get yours.
