I accidentally put my start menu on the right hand side of the desktop and can put it back to the bottom,?

I try drag and drop and the properties and nothing is working

First right click on the task bar, and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is not checked.
Then drag your task bar to the bottom of your screen.

First make sure your interest bar isn't locked good click on an empty area on your interest bar and it would want to educate interest bar locked icon with a verify via it if its lock or not something if its unlocked Left click and carry your bar to flow it to whichever part you opt for it on

You should be able to click on the bar and drag it down to the bottom.

right click on the taskbar, somewhere with nothing on it, and make sure you don't have the Lock Taskbar option checked.. if you do, and you probably do, uncheck it and move it back.
