concealer (AKA cover up), blush, powder, a tinge of bottom eye liner and a natural brown eye shadow, your not going for goth queen! my 13 friend wears that and I think she's one of the prettiest girls I know! good luck,
and BTW, when you get older, you don't need much more, maybe top eye liner as well, a little mascarra, most guys like a girl who wears little to no make-up! it's true! I asked that question on Yahoo! answer a few days ago!! =)

DON'T BE AFRAID TO EXPERIMENT!
I started wearing lip gloss when I was about 9.
Then mascara at 10.
Wear whatever type of makeup you want, just don't overdo it.
I would try some bronzer. Bourjois Paris has a great liquid bronzer- http://bourjoisusa.com/face/foundation/1...
Powder bronzer- http://bourjoisusa.com/face/powder/111...
It gives me a healthy glow and it's not that expensive!
Now there is a really good mascara by Bourjois- it gives you a really good length and also curves it pretty well.

Get a kohl eyeliner pencil by L'Oreal!
It is called the Le Kohl Pencil
Then just add some lip gloss. I recommend Colour Juice by L'Oreal because it looks healthy and fresh!
If you want a cheap mascara- try Covergirl Lash Exact. It is amazing and it looks natural.

You're going to be going through puberty and your sweat glands are going to be going crazy. To keep clean and fresh in your early teen years, I suggest not wearing make-up daily and saving it for a special occasion like a dinner-dance. For every day there are several Bonne-Bell lip glosses that will give you a hint of being made up. When you do go out, there's a clear mascara that will heighten your lashes and give the allusion of make-up. Don't wait until you're a grandma to wear make- up, but for right now your skin might not be ready for all of the foundation and liner. Remember to keep it clean and you'll avoid pimples. I believe 16/17 is the right age to plunge into make-up

If you are makeup brain dead then my advice is to wear as little make-up as possible. I think that some mascara, some light blush and some lip gloss should do for now!

One thing definitly to avoid: foundation. only old ladies wear it! You should probably go with the bare basics -- concealer (for zits or under eye circles), mascara in either black or dark brown, eyeliner in black or brown (depends on your coloring -- if you are fair, use brown), and pressed powder to even out your skin and lessen shine. You can put all these things on in about ten minutes, with practice, and it's light enough to wear every day with everyting! Blush and eyeshadow can also be added -- the blush should be a natural color, more pink than red or orange, and soft, light neutrals are best for everyday eyeshadow.

When I was 13, all I wore was some eyeshadow, mascra, and a little bit of eyeliner. Lipgloss was there, too. But nothing too heavy, it makes you look icky and fake.

At a maximum, a little mirror, some lip gloss, compact bottle of body spray, and mascara.

Lipgloss. In many shades. This is a subtle yet powerful makeup essential.

maybe mascara. I think you're a little too young for make-up. If you insist, keep it simple, lip gloss, blush. Don't overdo it. You'll get a reputation!
