he has been to the state..where i am.... to play football...but now is back in europe to play ball....he will be back in a month but what do you do to keep things legal? this is all so confusing? i didn't realize things were so complicated...anything anyone can tell me in lamans terms will help! we want to get married but don't want any drama. help

the best way to do it because your from two different countries,is first decide who will make the move to whos country is it you going over seas or him staying in your country which ever way one of you will need to get the working visa to saty in the country once you have the working visa for 12 moinths try to get one for tweklve months then apply for citencenship and because you have worked in the country on a visa for 12 months you will be fully entitled to a full visa entitling you even to benefits if you didnt have ajob or if it was him then you are free to marry with no hassles or you can get married but you two will be permanatly apart wait the 12 months and then you have forever to spend together
