lol well i've never heard that one before... i have, however, heard of "more cushion for the pushin", meaning, if the chick has a lil extra thickness on her, it would make for better sex. nobody likes the sound of grinding bones... ew.

It is usually meant as a smartass remark made to obese/fat women from men.
Meaning that there is more fat to hold onto during sex.
And it is usually meant to mean that a woman has a fat ***.
