I grew some jalepenos and they are spicy, but not juicy. Am I supposed to soak them something or is that just the kind of jalepeno seeds that I got?

The juicy jalepenos you get from the grocery store have either been steamed, roasted, or pickled. All varieties of jalepeno are crisp when they come off the plant.

All peppers are dry inside, or, they have very little water content. You could knead the pepper itself and get the water in it to bleed out inside or pickle them.
