Yes. I have been (1) using an electric toothbrush, (2) a whitening/polishing toothpaste, and (3) before cleaning my teeth, a mouthwash that is supposed to help whiten teeth. There has been a major improvement, but it has been very gradual. Also, when I have my annual dental check-up, the dentist gives my teeth a clean and polish.

I know theres is loads of whitening toothpaste out there, but it wont actually make significant changes. The only way to make a big change to teeth colour is to get them bleached- ask ur dentist! xx

well i use arm and hammer enamel cleaner toothpaste with liqiud calcium and it seems to be keeping my teeth a whole lot brighter than before. I also brush three times a day, floss and use mouthwash and i don't drink coffee and i don't smoke, which can cause your teeth to lose enamel luster.
