Yes. I dislike talking about politics and religion because I have found people have preconceived ideas and talking about either leads to anger and disagreement. In the end, no one's mind or position has been changed. Energy wasted and relationship endangered.

The foods that I eat. i eat very healthy, really high in complex carbs, and people are just incredulous at the sheer volume food I eat and that I do not gain weight. People have a tendency to really grill me about it, and sometimes I get tired of defending my position. I eat to run, I do not run to eat.
