I'm starting a medical billing business. Where can I find info on how to bill clients?

I'm in the early stages of my business plan and I've been looking online to find the best way to charge. Some recommend per claim or per hour. Any ideas??

Thanks for the input Nikki. I am familiar with both CPT and ICD9 codes.

I would definitely bill per claim because some claims can be billed so quickly that if you bill per hour you aren't going to be paid well

First and foremost you need to understand something called a CPT code!!!!! Insurance companies will deny a claim UNLESS you have the proper CPT-code and trust me there are THOUSANDS!!! Try to google it.
