Does anyone remember a movie w/kids who played on rollerblades (skates?) and were called waterbabies?

I think I confused it with the Ray Bradbury short "All Summer in a Day". I distinctly remember one kid asking another (in a British accent) "Are you a waterbaby?" Thank-you in advance for your response.

I remember that show myself and yes, there is a British accent there that asks " Are you a Waterbaby ? "

i think that was solorbabies.
