Let us just say Aunt Susan and Uncle Joe hand you a considerable amount of money, and you must use it to start up a business. It could be anything. From something you enjoy doing to something your community is in serious need of. What business would you start up and how and why?

A community art program for children. I wouldn't need to make much of a profit since I would have enough from Aunt Susan to cover my expenses.

Or, it might be nice to run a little resort / guest house. I already have about 10 acres along a river but I need money to build the resort. With a little money from Uncle Joe I could consider doing this.

If Aunt Susan and Uncle Joe were filthy rich then I would open my own private school. I love working with and inspiring youth.

I would probably be Killed, like everyone else that's tried to do this.I'd like to fix up and, at first donate some very special Vehicles.I've found a way to safely convert Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane.See My Avatar? That's a Photo of the very Process in Action ! Vaporized Gasoline lit on Fire ! 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel! Problem; all Vehicles in the USA from 1996 to the Present are required by Law to run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any deviation from that , even if Fuel Economy is improved, and Emissions are lowered, will result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection ! Really ! Under this insane EPA-OBD II Law, it is entirely possible to fail Inspection for not emitting enough Pollution ! Now, let's see, '96 ? Now what Administration was in Power when that brilliant bit of Legislation was Passed ? I Guess that would be "An Inconvenient Truth"? I have been told that not all of the USA has this Law. But it is a Federal Mandate.Even so, an expensive Re-Design of the entire Vehicle's Fuel and Computer System would be Required, thanks to the Fuel Injection and Dual Oxygen Sensors on all such Vehicles. But, there are still plenty of Older Vehicles available that can be safely converted, and get at least 50 + MPG, and Emit 10 X less Pollution than before ! I'd Like to donate Converted Vehicles to Charity, starting with the local "Meals-ON-Wheels" Program.Volunteers Pay out of Pocket, and with Gas back to almost $3, it's becoming very Expensive ! This would be Proof that the Vaporcarb System is Safe, and does Work. Then, I'd like to start Restoring and Selling Vehicles. And if "Fidel" goes to H***, there are going to be a Lot of Vaporcarb Candidates coming out of Cuba ! Also, I have some Ideas for a Vaporfuel System that could work better than NitrousOxide for Drag Racing ! I have a 1967 Pontiac GTO that needs a total Restoration. This would be My First Project Vehicle. But, this will never happen.Even with Millions of Dollars, it would somehow be Stopped, or the Vehicles would be Sabotaged, like the TV News Program did to the Chevy Truck Fuel Tank by making it Explode to Prove it Unsafe ! Vaporfuel Systems have been tried before, and have always been stopped.Tom Ogle had a System that got well over 50 MPG with a Full Size V-8 Ford Car.Shell offered Him $75 Million, which He Refused to accept before his "Mysterious Demise"! You don't believe any of this, do you ? Okay, go to www.fuelvapors.com and find out about Tom.Then, go to http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html It would take someone like Bill Gates to go up against the Suppression of Vaporfuel Technology. But He and Meinda are doing so much Good in this World through Charitable Donations. And they've helped make Computing and Internet Communicating affordable all over the World ! But, back to the Question, I'd like to Restore, Convert to Vaporfuel, and Sell Older Classic Cars, and not get Killed in the Process !

This is what I did. I researched on line since I like the idea of working from home, having my own hours, being my own boss. I liked the idea that there wasn't a boss anymore that could say to me when or when I could not take a vacation, a day off, etc. I want to get off disability because I'm tired of someone telling me how much money I can have in my bank or can't have in my bank. So, open to the idea of working from home for additional streams of income that you can create for yourself? Check out those home-based businesses on line. There are many good ones out there. Rich Dad Poor Dad "Business School" by Robert Kiyosaki says it's the best way to become rich and find what you're looking for in life. They're all life changing and you just never know! Check them out with the Better Business Bureau as well! I got started at http://www.bedavis1.mywayout.net/ ! If you like what you see, you fill out the form for more information. If you're really serious about making money, being financially free getting on the right side of the cash flow quadrant. Go for it! Just be sure, that you want to be free, that you want to work the business to get to where you want to get to. Find out what's your law of attraction and what's your why!

Good Luck!

Anything to do with buying and selling cars will make you a lot of money fast.
If you want to put something into the community you'll not make much money, but you will prob' feel happier about it.
Maybe build a youth center charge a small fee from the parents with activity's such as pool and basketball etc.Plus for younger kid you can get government subsidies.Good child care is reassuringly expensive

I would use the money for promotional purposes to promote a great idea that I'm working on right now and hopefully soon will get a trademark on. My business would be to use my slogan/logo to promote reading in young and old generations and keep them interested. So often, somewhere along the way, our kids are losing interest. Why? What happened? With the right promotion of my idea, not only will it benefit my community, but communities everywhere.

I would start a school of dance. It would be the coolest!!! I would make if friendly though, because I understand that joining something like that can be scary. We would have GREAT choreographers and teachers to teach the dance. We would offer something like Hip-hop and Contemporary, and it would just be great!!! And it wouldn't be expensive for the students either, because that is an issue sometimes! Ahhh...if only right?!

Oh, and I DO have and Aunt Susan!!! Woot woot!

I would start a home based business. The start up cost is low and there is very little if any overhead. People make millions every year in the home based business industry.

I would make a business about something I love, since it is so easy with SiteBuildIt. SBI takes me step-by-step through making a web site, so that I can have my fun writing the content, not trying to find errors in the code.

If I have any questions, I know where to go!

I would like to buy some land in either coastal Oregon, outside Boulder, Colorado, or along the west coast of Ireland and open a bed and breakfast.

I would like to give travelers a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded hotels.

E-commerce, the most inexpensive and rewarding. Just find some nice idea to get a benefit from the power of the internet and start working on it...
