Very carefully! Not a fun spot for a razor burn either. If your shave it, it must be kept up constantly. Stubble can become very irritating for you and anyone that you grant intimate access. Try trimming real close 1st. Scissors can be awkward, but a mustache trimmer can do a very nice job. To keep my wife from stealing mine, I got her one of her own.Whether you shave or go with waxing, be sure to moisturize to keep down skin irritation. Avoid chemical solutions like Nair. The pubic area is generally too sensitive for this and can lead to a very painful experience.

ingrown hairs are the bane of every girl's bikini line. These painful red pumps occur when a hair coils up under the skin while it's growing back after you've shaved or waxed, causing a zitlike mound, says Dr. Shamban. To purge the hair from the bump: Exfoliate using a gentle slougher, like Derma-New Crystal Resurfacing Soap, $20 ‑- it will eventually whisk away the skin that's trapping the hair, says Mona Sappenfield, owner of Mona's Spa and Laser Center in Memphis. You can also spot treat it with zit cream. Resist the urge to perform DIY surgery; the bump could get infected.

You have to do it everyday. Eventually, the red bumps will stop appearing. Also, try using noxemia as your shaving cream. You may want to go to a salon and get waxed.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I think that waxing is the best, but if you want to know how to shave it, just shave it like you shave your legs, just be a little bit more careful.....:)
and do you get razor burn easy? cause if you do then just go get it waxed! it only hurts for a little bit.
have fun!
