If your temp has remained elevated for 18 days past the initial rise, your chances are really good. A triphasic chart is also a really good sign. Good luck and keep your fingers crossed!

Basal Boby Temperature (BBT) sorting out is a thank you to pass. My companion and that i attempted To Conceive (TTC) for 6 months utilising the ovulation pee sticks and the strips. The strips, we got here across, have been quite UNaaccurate. The pee stick approach in all fairness sturdy, yet as you experienced, you on no account look to realize height fertility with them. In Months 6 and seven, i began out monitoring my morning temperature, and seeing the dip in temperqrture on a chart replaced right into a clean sign that i replaced into ovulating. we've been given pregnant in Month 7. you may take your temp each and every morning earlier you get away from mattress in any respect, to get an precise interpreting. try this for a month or 2, and chart it on a grid religiously, and you will see a nil.5 (a million/2 of a level) to a a million degree distinction on your BBT. The 24 hours following your first be responsive to the dip in temp is the fantastic time to make love. terrific desires, and would the magic of Christmas deliver you your long needed toddler. chuffed holidays! ~ Donna

I hope this is your month but try not to get too excited yet. I've had many months of triphasics and nothing. A lot of pregnant women do go triphasic but it isn't a sure thing as you already know. Good luck and baby dust!!!
