i've been to dc. actually the two races are almost a tie. there are a lot of white people, and there are a LOT of black people. more so than other places i've been to. i saw a lot of white people too. i'd probably say that the majority is still white people, but only by a little.

Well, more Black people live there than Whites, because most of the White people live in Maryland or Virginia. However, During working hours, it looks like an even tie as to the population content.

I lived in that area for a while a few years back and it seemed that there were more black people living there than white, but I didn't see the whole city, so I can't say for sure.

Population work force I believe is white majority
