here is my order:
1. wrigleyville
2. gold coast
3. lincoln park
4. bucktown
5. streeterville

i don't think that bridgeport is a top neighborhood. they are cleaning it up and the houses there are beautiful, but it is still not the safest area. also, hegewisch is still very run down in most areas.

By Univ. Village do you mean in the UIC area?

I think Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and the area around the Water Tower are nice. But I guess many areas may have not-so-ideal sections.
