I would like know what i say to my ex husband about forgive to my ex husband about our divorced 2004. It is still bother me very so much... My ex husband and I are very wonderful our friendships. Cuz of My ex husband and I have three daughters and one son. We are very good role parents to our kids! I would like help me that what i should say write note to him. He have girlfriend. I think he has moved on and the way you and he interact with each other and with the children should speak for itself. He has a girlfriend and you are remarried, what are you hoping to accomplish. Let him go, forgive yourself and you move on. This will speak volumes.

Wow,I had a similar experience but up to now I am not remarried the first thing you need to do is to have a face to face talk and gently explain that it is very important for both of you to forgive each other so as to move on first with your personal life and then in order for the kids to grow up knowing that there is no hatred between their parent, and then verbally say I forgive you and say it from your heart not your lips it would make you feel better since it would be the beginning of your freedom sometimes who knows you might regret moving into marriage before you both forgive each other

You said most of it here. You are good friends and parents. That is the most important part. Just be honest and tell him you are very sorry about the situation, but glad that you were able to remain friends. Tell him he is a good father and the two of you have worked well together to raise the children.
