Because, all in all, the situation regarding the U.S. relationship to the European countries and the rest of the world is not likely to be any worse than it is now. Also, even thouhg it is extremely unlikely that another Democrat will balance the U.S. federal budget the way Clinton did, it seems also extremely unlikely that the wildly irresponsible fiscal policies of 2001-2006 will continue with a Democrat in the White House.

Want real change? Get off your duff and vote. Than vote for someone that truly has Americas best interest in mind. Not the politician that promises more welfare, free health care, bigger tax cuts or are prolife/prochoice. The status quot has not worked. Replace ALL in office with new.

The people should not be afraid of the government, the government should be afraid of the people.

troll

v.,n. 1. [From the Usenet group alt.folklore.urban] To
utter a posting on Usenet designed to attract predictable
responses or flames; or, the post itself. Derives from the phrase
"trolling for newbies" which in turn comes from mainstream
"trolling", a style of fishing in which one trails bait through a
likely spot hoping for a bite. The well-constructed troll is a post
that induces lots of newbies and flamers to make themselves look
even more clueless than they already do, while subtly conveying to
the more savvy and experienced that it is in fact a deliberate
troll. If you don't fall for the joke, you get to be in on it.

Go away.

If the Democrat were Hugo L. Black, Sr., he would interpret the Constitution outstandingly well, and he would probably appoint the right kind of people to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Well that depends. Proablly the same reason I would want a republican or a green party member in office.

Because I agree with what they stand for and the programs they propose.

Stop drawing things along party lines.

Libs want a Democrat because they think pot will be legalized.

Clinton sure fooled them he got elected on that "I did not inhale" and then made stricter regulations and put 100K more cops on the street.

At least you can trust a Democrat not to get us into a never-ending war.....and you can trust them to balance the budget. Rather a Democrat than another bunch of Republican a**holes headed by the a**hole in chief, George Bob Bush and his assistant a**hole, Dick "The Shooter" Cheney.
