Does anyone know where I can find that video where this guy is in a car then drives past a book shop with HP fans waiting to buy the book... then the guy in the car shouts "SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE" and spoils it for everyone! It's well funny and I'd appreciate it if you found the video for me!

No; I had read that someone spoiled the ending for people still waiting in line for the Half-Blood Prince, but I haven't heard anything about there being a video of it.
By the way, I'm not sure what you find amusing about that. However, if it was followed by a lynching of the idiot that robbed all those dedicated fans of discovering the ending for themselves that would be another story....
