Before sending your portfolio unsolicited, the best thing to do is find a casting agent. These individuals will be more directly able to get your acting career started, as many have extensive networks in the business.
Often times, big studios go to Casting Companies to find talent. You can find casting agencies and the like via the Casting Society of America.

I hope your resume has better spelling and grammar than your question. No one will hire you if you write like that.
