I have a 2gb ipod nano, and when i go on i tunes there are 113 songs in my libry and it is around 650 mb, but when i click on the ipod tab where iot says all the songs i have on it, at the bottom where the memery bar is it is allmost full. So the songs are only around 650mb an it's a 2gb memory, why is it almost full?

Could be that you have other files on there, aside from music. Try looking on the ipod, as you would an external drive - see what's in the other folders...

You might have the harddisk usegae up high, go to the iPod properties and look for enable diskuse or somehting.. then slide the slider either way.. If that doesn't work just email me or something and i'll try it out with mine some time

properly, the manually importing songs is the answer for your situation. in spite of songs you favor to "delete", only uncheck them and click on "Sync/replace iPod" from the document menu. That way, they are nevertheless on your iTunes yet are deleted off of your iPod. First even if, make sure your iPod is switched over to lead. solid success

try doing a factory reset of the ipod from itunes, this will reformat the memory, its not ipod specific this from as it hcan happen to all flash memory products, same thing happened to a sd card in my ipaq yesterday. Give it a go, you may be surprised.

Reinstall iTunes?

I must say the only problem I've had with Apple products is hardware-related. Crap iPod 60gb battery.

omg everything apple is just a nightmare. just keep uploading till it tells you no space left if ur lucky it mite just be reading ur ipod wrong.
