Why not? He is still a human after all, not that thats any real quality. Just because he did some bad things that went beyond what most people would do. There is no such thing as an innocent person. Every person on Earth does something bad once in their life, where is the line drawn? Hes in jail for the rest of his life so let him have a bloody party.

Well if hes a live he still has a birthday. I'd draw the line at a surprise prostitute bursting out of a giant cake though.
