Ack... Someone asked a Final Fantasy related question...*gasp*... And it wasn't about FF7, of FF10...or Kingdom Hearts....*cough*... This can't be real....

Final Fantasy (too much day dreaming without full stop) 1. Funniest Character? Reno and Rude. (TURKS rocks) 2. Wierdest Charcter? The costume design, not necessarily the character. How difficult it must be to walk around in Lulu's gown made up of sewn belts?! Anyway, how is Lulu going to run if a situation requires running, jumping, etc? Can she fly effectively with that heavy dress? (worth wondering, u know) 3. Favorite Aeon or Summon? Sheema, sheeba, See-ma, shee-wa, SHIVA ! 4. Best Non Playable Character? Monpuchi, or is it Mooguro...... Cat Sith. (lion or cat or dog??) @__@ *confused* I'm visually challenged once again...but hey, at LEAST they're are furry. (@__@) ..... 5. Worst Non Playable Charcter? (hard to say). Yuffie's nasty temper. Bad girl, bad manners. 6. Best Boss battle? Crisis (in the apple) Core. 7. Wierdest Boss battle? Shi MO....or..say-Moore. How about..... Hojo vs Vince? That Hojo REALLY deserves a beating....(on behalf of all Vince fans) Edit: Regarding "Say More", it's called "one arm out of the grave", or " death can't stop a workaholic". 8. Best couple (must be the same final fantasy title)? Vince+Lucrecia. (T__T) Amazing for a man, and too cool. The attitude is great, and you gotta love Vincent.

Dagger cannot summon any of her eidolons at the beginning of the game, despite having the ability listed.
She eventually gains the ability to summon a ways into the game, after she meets Ramuh. I don't want to give away any plot spoilers, so I'll have to leave it at that.

She can but in the beginning the MP to use them is set very high in order to drive the story later on. I always wondered if it was possible to level up before that particular plot twist in order to use them...
