i some tiems feel like im 10000 pounds is that bad???

Average is 5 feet tall about 100 lbs
each inch over that add 5 Lbs.

You can add 10 lbs to the total or subtract 5 lbs to get a range.
So if you are 5feet 7 inches You can weigh 130 to 145 lbs.
These days everyone is a little heavier so you can aim for 155 to start.
This is just an approximation.

No crash diets. They set you up for a lifelong problem with weight.

Cut out French Fries and Ice cream and candy.
Have 1/2 the size portions you now have. If you eat 3 slices of pizza eat 1 + 1/2. Add Green Veggies.
Drink plenty of water every day and between meals.
Walk as much as possible.

This should make you loose weight and keep it off.

Sweetie don't listen to anyone you're age they don't know what they are talking about. The answers they are giving you are based what clothing companys etc. is telling them, that you have to be skinny as a pole to be pretty etc. Listen I was 220 lbs at you're age a height of 5 feet 11 inches. So it depends on you're bone structure and height. But don't already judge yourself as being overweight. I did and I'm still dealing with it and I'm 24 and I've gained a little more, but I remain the same height. Don't worry yourself with it, you have more important things at you're age to worry about.

I think it would be wise to start a sensible diet and loose some of the weight. You will be preventing future problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes and you will feel good about yourself by doing so. Just do it sensibly and try walking to help burn the extra calories you eat

its not bad but i would exersise and eat beter to loose weight a bit like to weigh 140 or so. go to this site:

it depends on your height. check your IBM, that will tell you if you are overweight or not.

how tall are you?
dont go by whether ur fat or skinny, go by whether ur healthy or not.

how tall are you? age doesn't matter at all.
if you are between 5'0''-5'7'' i would say 166lbs is too much.
