There shouldn't be any scar.
I used to get wart often when I was small. I had them treated with different methods such as freezing, chemical, over the counter salicylic acid, over time. However, the best treatment I found and doctors don't tell patients about(because they wouldn't be able to make money out it) is banana peel, just simply rub the inside of a small piece of banana peel against the wart everynight for a week or two(depends on the location and size, some takes lesser time to heal).
Here is the reference I found on the web:
http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/bananapeel.html
It really works like a charm and doesn't hurt at all, unlike freezing and chemical treatment which hurts. Wart is simply an infection caused by a virus that lodges only on the top surface of your skin(epidermis.) What freezing and chemical treatment do is to destroy the topical tissue where the virus might reside, there leaving an open would that would require bandage and time to heal, and sometimes it might even require additional treatment if the first one does not get all the virsuses out. Banana peel, on the other hand, contains a natural antibiotic that inhibits and destroy the growth of wart virus and does not cause open wound.
I recommend you to try it out, good luck!

It will take several weeks for the wound to heal. The amount of scarring depends on your skin and where it was removed from. Your dermatologist should have told you about the risk of scarring. I know that when I had warts frozen off, it took several months to become unnoticeable. Hope this helps!

My guess is yes there likely would be. Maybe you can get it done by a plastic surgeon or someone if it's on a place (like your face) where you wan't to make sure it will eventually leave minimal scarring. You can always conceal a scar...but a wart is hard! :~)

you might have a very faint if any mark from doing this. NOTE: once you have it cut off, do not irritate or pick at this spot!!!! if you do, then yes you will have a scar.

Not a scar, just a little dead skin, it goes away within a week usually.

Go to a podiatrist, don't do it yourself. He or she will freeze it off and there will be no scar.
