Just a little blood, not a real flow, ususlly not enough to have to use a pad or tampon.

It could be like when your lifting weights at the gym and some one is there to "spot" you in cause you can't bring the weights back up on your own.... depends on what exactly your talking about..k

Spotting is very light bleeding, similar to what you may have at the very beginning or end of your period. It can vary in color from pink to red to brown (the color of dried blood).
