I know I am going to be hated for this, but there are similarities and MANY differences. The differences are obvious, so I won't state them. The similarities are that they were forced out of their homeland, a land that they consider holy and a piece of themselves. Many have been forced to live in refugee camps for over 50 years. Most children and teenagers know nothing else. There is no running water, electricity or decent food available to these people. They are being forced to stay in these camps because the arable land, and businesses are in Israel or Israel's control. There is not enough room for these thousands of people. I understand why Palestinians are so angry, I do not agree with their methods of trying to deal with it.
