Evidently she and my husb began havng an affair sometime aftr Jan 13th. i was dumped in march by my husb. i had surgery on my hand on thur, he picked me up frm hosp on fri and dumped me off at the house w bandages on right hand and little use of left hand.Basically, i was helpless 2 do 4 myself w my hands like this. i had no groceries and i had 2 boys 2 take care of. fortunately they weren't here that weekend 2 c what their dad did. now he gives very little money + wrks 4 her

Date is the operative word here. in case you propose bypass to a action picture, dance or burger then that's cool. in case you propose is it okay to do the grimy hula at the same time, no longer a reliable concept. i can pay attention it now in elementary terms 3 years difference, now 3 years if he replaced into 21 and you have been 18, no longer a great deal. If he replaced into 35 and you have been 25 I nonetheless could see no subject as long as you the two have been comfortable with it. i think of that 17/14 or 18/15 that 3 years is like 10 or 12 years for primary circumstances just to many things taht could desire to take place. whilst he places your call on his financial employer account or marriage license which would be a great deal.

okay, depending on the state you are in since your husband was still married to you and living with you when he started the business with this woman if he became the legal owner before you were legally separated the business may be community property giving you a 1/2 interest in his investment. Everything he owns up to the date of separation would theoretically be half yours because it was acquired during the marriage (there are some exceptions to this) You are also entitled to statutorily set support for your boys and possibly some support for you. Also because there is a fiduciary relationship involved in a marriage you may be able to get a judgment against him based on bad faith (because of the deception involved). As for the ***** he cheated on you with, it sounds like you detrimentally relied on the sale of the business, which with a little more analysis may get you a breach of contract or at least recover what you spent on the changes up to the point where she actually informed you of her intentions. this may entitle your sorry *** husband to to some of it but his deception my limit that. I would even try to go after your ex for any past due bills acquired by the household during your marriage. get the judgment and then begin the process of garnishment and liquidation of any of his separate assests of his if possible.I would really advise you to at least do a consultation with an attorney pro bono or one that is offered free. A full disclosure to the courts as to whats going on could result in some justice for you.

You need to get a lawyer right now and take him to court. He needs to be helping you by supporting the children.

You need to file for divorce and get everything you are entitled to and as much more as possible. He should never have left you, and should never have made you try and get through without any help.

" what rights do i hv?"

Sounds similar to what happen to me...

So, I'll talk about me...

I have the right to be
fair,
honest,
keep an amicable relationship(the best I can for MY part) for MY child's sake,
respectable,
the best for MY child,
earn MY own way in life,
be the example that I want MY child to copy,
to have and to keep MY integrity,
to move on
and to be happy,
etc, etc,,,

Do you think you'll be surprised with WHO wants you to give up some of your rights?
