Just to clarify, it's NOT a preference; it's an orientation. Get the difference, okay? Secondly, you've got a gay brother? That's so f*cking cool! Why do you think it's a problem? So what if he likes other guys? Big deal. In fact, I love that he loves other guys. This world is just too hetero that it's no fun at ALL. Sooo... support your brother because he's adding diversity to Earth instead of procreating and overpopulating it. lol

Just love your brother and be there for him. Don't judge. My brother was killed when he was 19 and I was 17. I wish I had your problems with my brother but he is gone now. It totally sent my mother over the edge. It has been 10 years and my mom never went back to the person she was.

how selfish are u is my ?. ur brother has just let everyone in on a secret, that has probably been eating away at him. support him. a serious problem is ur house burning down, being told u have only weeks to live because u have cancer. saying his being gay is a serious problem-SHAME ON U!!!!

It can be shocking but you have to remember that this is your BROTHER.
His being gay does not affect your relationship as a sibling. Please remember that he is going to have some predjudice in his life. If you already love each other and have a strong bond you have to work through your shock and just accept him.
Respect his choice but sexuality doesn't come into a sibling relationship.
