acidophilous is a live culture bacteria found in many yogurts. it cleans out your insides and eats bad bacteria inside of your mouth. dont take too much at once tho, unless you watn the bathroom to be your new best friend. it cleans out all of the bad stuff and should help the smelling discharge. you can get it at most health food stores but its a bit expensive. no prescribtion needed. if you cant find it anywhere (which would be weird) or dotn want to spend the money, buy some yogurt and check to see if it has live active cultures. it should list them. stoneyfield yogurt is pretty good and has 6 cultures.

Acidophilous is a healthy bacteria that lives in the body's intestines. You can get supplements containing the live bacteria at a health food store. There are also a variety of yogurts that contain this bacteria.
