That's more than ok. However, if you are really concerned about this, see your doctor.

What you should worry about though is what your weight is composed of, fat or muscle? Remember too, that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are more athletic then 112 wont show much on a 5'4" frame.

The following websites indicate that your weight is just right for your height.

wow. drop ten pounds for 5'4?!?! you are crazy.

there are many factors regarding weight. (i.e. age).

First, it really depends if this weight is mainly muscles or fat. Body fat does weigh less than muscles by volume. According to the site below, "Fat is lighter by volume than lean body tissue. For example, a 'cup' of fat is lighter than a 'cup' of muscle. This explains why increased physical exercise (which builds muscle) may actually cause weight gain rather than weight loss - at least to begin with." So if your 112 is all fat, then maybe consider doing more exercise.

And the average % of fat is around 25%. I think 25% is a little too much, try to lean towards 18%. But again, that depends on your age.

Do not be self-conscious just be the scale tips more heavily on one side. Just live a healthy lifestyle, minimize on fatty junk food / fast food, and exercise daily.

i hope this helps! Good luck!

I'm not even sure what a couple of these people are on about. Your weight is right at the lower end of the BMI range, so don't drop any weight, stay as you are. If you lose any more weight, you will actually be underweight! Take care : )

You can be 120 for 5 ft 4 in. That's 100lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs for each inch over 5 ft. Most people now days are either too thin or too heavy.

I think that's great. Most people at 5 foot are about 100. That's perfectly normal, great! Don't think of yourself as OVERweight. Because your NOT! Just be comfortable and it won't matter what you look like. But I still say your thin and normal.
