I too have researched this on the net a lot. The truth is that most woman don't feel a thing. Others (especially on fertility meds) feel a ton of pressure. The pressure, even bleeding for some...means that they will ovulate anywhere from a few hours to 48hrs. You could track your temp...it willstay low until you ovulate. Knowing your basal base line will be most helpful. I'm usually 97.3-6 as normal. And 98.3/4 when ovulated. Sperm can last up to 4 days. the egg less. Another clue is your mucus levels. I've read that any time you feel "wet" you are fertile. When your period comes (or the days before or right after) you are dry. Your mucus keeps those sperm going and alive. The more egg-white it is....the better for concieving.

Sure.. Some women can surely suppose ovulation. I've consistently been in a position to inform. The day earlier than I ovulate I get this clear discharge and on the day of ovulation it raises and will get super moist and stretchy (some women examine it to egg whites). I also get a ache (like you consider when you pinch yourself) in either facet of my pelvis. Repeatedly it gets so excessive that I have to lay down or sit down unless the sensation either passes or will get bearable enough for me to maneuver around again. Have you seen these symptoms? If this is the case then you may as well suppose ovulation. Fun fun, proper??!!

Ovulation predictor kits didn't do a damn thing for me... You might consider purchasing the book, "Taking Charge of your Fertility." It's an AWESOME book. There are several "signs" that you are about to ovulate. It's much easier to detect if you have regular cycles. First, you can chart your temperatures. There is a distinct pattern (check out that book or www.fertilityfriend.com) to look for. Some people also check the position of their cervix. (Not for the faint of heart.) Another, you can keep track of your cervical mucous. Most people will be "dry" after their period, and then will begin to produce secretions. The will get more and more wet, and when you are at your wettest, or when you have "eggwhite cervical mucous" - thin, stretchy... you are near ovulation.

Yes.. a few ladies can truthfully believe ovulation. I've regularly been in a position to inform. The day earlier than I ovulate I get this transparent discharge and at the day of ovulation it raises and will get outstanding rainy and stretchy (a few ladies evaluate it to egg whites). I additionally get a ache (such as you believe whilst you pinch your self) in both aspect of my pelvis. Sometimes it will get so severe that I need to lay down or sit down till the sensation both passes or will get bearable ample for me to transport round once more. Have you spotted those signs? If so then it's also possible to believe ovulation. Fun amusing, proper??!!

no one knows the a definite answer because everyone is different. me personally, I ovulate like 80% of women, 14-17 days after my period. I can tell when I'm ovulating because I am so horney! it's like my body is wanting me to get pregnant because the time is ripe. weird, but true. for the last 10 years now, I've known, FOR SURE, that I cannot get pregnant for atleast the first 7 days after my period.

I personally am trying to get pregnant and have done lots of research on this subject. Get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Some things that indicate ovulation include- a high, soft, open cervix with egg-white quaily cervical mucus.

Keep track of your cervical fluid, and when it is like egg white you are fertile.
Also, keep track of your temperature, it will go up when you ovulate.
