Spray all the areas where you have seen them. Be sure you wear a mask and put kids, spouse and animals outside for the duration. The spiders also like to breed inside window sills so check for what appears to be white cotton. Those are their cocoons. Hand pick them off (with gloves on) and then wipe the area with bleach on a rag. This happened to us years ago and we never saw a spider in the house after that.

spray around the outside with some type of insecdiside ask your local farm and garden store what type works best
