a customer complanis that he was short changed by u receiving only 13 cents from 2 dollers instead of 31 cents. wat wold u do??

If you rang up the transaction on the register, you can check the register tape. If not, for the sake of customer relations, give the customer the extra money. It is not worth the trouble of an argument over a few cents.

BTW- learn to spell. It's DOLLAR not DOLLERS. Try not to use text messaging. It's confusing.

In retail the customer is always right. Without customers where would we be? It's a small amount, just give the man his 18 cents and he'll come back again.
