You need to get a personal calender and jot down you monthly activities dear. That way you don't end up on Maury...To answer your question; it will be a month from the next period +/- 5 days....

you'll just have to start keeping up with it on a calender. Otherwise, you will have a hard time remembering.Should be about every 28 days if you are regular

I try to remember it this way: when was the last time I shoved some cotton wool things up my hoo hoo? It works every time...

you really should keep a calendar on this...i would try to think of something memorable that happened the last time you were on your period and check this against the date...
