WHOA WHOA WHOA THERE NELLIE dont cut anything , the rear calipers on a ford mustang need to be rotated back in , they are not like the front that you can just push in with a clamp, there is a special tool that inserts into those 2 little holes you see on the face of the piston and then it is turned clockwise , you can sometimes do it with a good pair of needlenose , but whatever you do dont cut ANYTHING

The slider pins are likely stuck, for this reason why they're getting warm and by no skill "freeing". because the brakes basically push from the piston side, if the caliper pins arent lubed, it is going to easily push on that side. each from time to time they bypass and get stuck and dont launch, sounds like it right here. Dont use WD-40. Use silicone grease. It wont dry up and mixes with regardless of else has been put in there previously. Take a rat tail record and sparkling the contained in the position the slider pins bypass and rinse with brake kleen. Blow out and re-grease. be positive to get each and each of the rust off. attempt this each and every time you adjust your brakes.

If the e-brake is stuck on, bleeding the caliper won't help you. It isn't a fluid situation, it's the e-brake cable has tension on it. You may need to cut the cable to get it to release if this is really your problem. Probably the caliper is froze. You need to back out the bleeder and pry the caliper side to side.
