Get some with STRETCH to them to make the legs look slimmer.
Pockets also help. Also.. try some "butt lifting" pantyhose underneath for a little more help. Finally....don't worry about it. Most who have a small butt are probably slim and most guys won't care that much about a small butt.

Sevens, Angels, Abercrombie. I think jeans with the pockets and the button thing make a small butt look fuller.

Well I am 41 and I am still looking you just can not make something appear that is not there. When I was younger the tighter the jean the more I looked like I had one.

Try Glo jeans...everyone's booty looks good in them. Express is another good one. Both are relatively inexpensive too.
I am a guy who likes to wear girl's jeans so I have a flatter @ss than most girls and my booty looks delicious in either of Glo or Express.
Now on the higher end (tee hee), there's Citizens of Humanity or Seven for All Mankind. Both will really accentuate your assets.

Yes like Nicole said jeans that have a flap with the button on it will make your behind look a little bigger.

Every one has a butt, just some are bigger than others. Depends on your race as to the general size of yours.
