i am looking for a way to get rid of a gut i have. I used to work out, but now I don't have much time to get to the gym. I am wiondering if there is a simple exercise, other than regular situps and crunches that will get rid of this fat i now have and help get me back into shape. any suggestions would be helpful.

I used Stacker 2 and ate healthy. Exercise can be as simple as walking, that will help. Also getting a home weight set might help as well.
