A bit of an explanation -- Google doesn't decide what results go first. It's decided by the contents of pages that link to the page in question. This has lead to 'googlespam" by groups of people who want certain results (like this one). They create pages that mention the word failure and then link them to Bush's biography. So, Google's not really involved (although they don't take the initiative to change the results).

Okay, for real here, I had never googled failure, but when you asked what would happen if I googled that word,the first thing that came to mind was our prez! No kidding, I'm amazed that I guessed it immidiately!
Now I'll go google "miserable failure!" This is fun!!!!!
