lol
This cracked me up so much.
I fully agree that some birth certificates do deserve an apology letter form the condom factory :)
Funny stuff.
As for whether or not i think condoms are 100% safe, absolutely not...
Nothing is 100% safe except for abstinence.
And condoms can break, tear, get old, ect...
So their effect varies.
Also, it depends on the user.
But thanks for making me laugh man.

i worked for Quality Assurance at a major condom manufacturer. they aren't 100% safe and are labelled as such. people should be sure to watch the expiration dates and try not to expose condoms to extreme heat or cold, as this further compromises their effectiveness. people also think that there is no wrong way to put on a condom, but there are. always look out for zippers, dont use petroleum based lubricants, be sure to squeeze the air out of the tip when rolling them on. condoms are still more effective than many methods and provide a good amount of protection from stds.

No condoms are not 100% safe but don't ever use 2 of them at a time.

My birth certificate is an apology letter from the birth control pill company. No really, my mom skipped on pill and OOPS there I was. They weren't ready for number 3 but were stuck with me any ways.

Nothing is 100%. Some things are very likely and some things are very unlikely and you can do things to manipulate the likelihood.
