one of my favorites is "infracaninophile"-- it was coined in the fifties i believe and means "one who loves the underdog" (infra=under; canine=dog; phile=lover).

Blog and wiki and the like are at least abrreviations for terms that have evident meaning. The slang that is truly bothersome is the stuff that have hidden meanings that can only be known if you dig up the background story: e.g. hollaback girl...
