LA. Chicago has a high crime rate, but has many safe areas on the North Side.
I never feel safe anywhere in LA. NYC is a close second.

Chicago.
NYC is too busy, too crowded.
LA has too much crime.
Chicago has great neighborhoods, clubs, bars, culture, museums, lakefront beaches, parks, shopping, great dining & much much more.
