I'm looking to buy a motor scooter and I'm just wondering if a four stroke is better than a two stroke or vise versa. Let me know, I'm not good with all this motor stuff.

Two stroke engines have a power stroke on every revolution of the crankshaft. Four strokes have a power stroke on every other revolution of the crankshaft. Two strokes will probably be quieter, have less "punch" than the four stroke and will probably vibrate less. Buy one only after test driving the scooters rather than buying on the basis of the engine.
