It's medical term is coitus interruptus. It simply means the man pulls out just before he ejaculates. It is not an effective method of birth control because even the man's precum can have sperm in it.

The pull out method is not very effective. This is when a guy pulls out right before he cums. This works sometimes but most of the time it fails. I know cause i have a handsome son as a result of this method. I love him to death though, dont get me wrong. There is something called pre-*** that comes out of a man's penis before he ejactulates. This also contains sperm which can get the woman pregnant. Birth control should be used if you do not want to get pregnant. Condoms, birth control pills, depo shot, diaphram, coil... there are lots to chose from!

The "pull out" method of birth control is a misguided myth that if he pulls out of you just before he ejaculates you won't get pregnant. The problem is twofold. He sometimes is enjoying himself so much he pulls out too late and the other is a male actually dribbles a bit just before the actual explosion. That "dribble" is lethal.

the pull out method is while you are having sex the male pulls out his penis right before he cums. I would suggest that you get on birth control and use condoms instead of the pull out method

it's exactly what it means- he pulls out before he cums- and no it doesn't work - because guys ejaculate when the penis goes into the vagina so the sperm is already in there
