I have auditioned and been in over two dozen musicals at our local community theatre. I know everyone on the panels and still am nervous every time. I believe they know you will be nervous and expect it, but the main thing to do is memorize your material if possible, look them in the eye, and most important do not make excuses if you make a mistake. Just go on like nothing happened and you will do fine. Also remember that there is never anything personal in the process, they are usually looking for a certain type of character. Break a leg, and God bless

Instead of a test, look at it as a performance. Meaning you already got the job. Now it is time to play and have fun.

Another thing that may help is if you shout real hard just before you go to the audition. Even if they hear you do so :)
It will break your tension, cause sometimes it is great to make a fulish act intentionaly, than unintentionally.

focus on what you want in the scene, the connection to the other actor is key. LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN to your scene partner when their talking.
remember too, everyone WANTS to easily cast the thing, so they really are rooting for you. ...but don't worry about what you think anyone's looking for. if they want you they want YOU. if they don't, they don't; nothing horrible or personal. oh, and humor is important in EVERY scene. in life, really!

that should about do it
:)
