Kelly hired a personal Chef Peggy to cook her oraganic well-balanced nutricious meals to keep her healthy while she was on tour. She also gets on the exercises on the treadmill so many times a day everyday. Kelly was a her leanest and lowest weight last year during her "Breakaway" and "Behind These Hazel Eyes" Tour last. year She was toned and lean.
Kelly have gained weight since last year. Shes gained at 10 or 15lbs since then. She needs to lose a good 10 or 15lbs. Shes short so the weight gain shows. Her arms and stomach are bigger than they were last year. Kelly was looking hot last year when she lost all that weight. Shes not looking so hot now.

She didn't...well she did, but she "yo yo's" up and down like Oprah.... She fluctuates 10-20 lbs and she's short, so it really shows up - it's very noticeable. Anyway, she started drinking only water, toured like crazy, got a new bf (Graham Colton - with a guy that hot...it's gotta be a work out!!), hired a cook named Peggy to prepare healthy low fat meals, and also did kick boxing and treadmill work outs. By August 2005 she was looking really lean. She went on the VMAs and was able to show her midriff and not look like a total cow. Actually, she looked rather thin.
ps...that dude that posted all that hoodia crap, is full of it... Kelly doesn't do that. lol...but it probably would work. But that wasn't the question... the question was how did Kelly Clarkson lose all that weight.

Here's what she did
1. Take 400mg Hoodia Gordonii and an ephedra free fat burner in the AM. Wash it down with a slim fast shake (or 200cal diet shake)
2. eat 200 cal. between Breakfast and Lunch (Power bar will do it)
3. Take ephedra free fat burner for lunch wash it down with a slim fast shake.
4. eat 200 cal. between Lunch and dinner
5. Take Hoodia Gordonii and Seroslim (or another good Seratonin regulator) with Dinner (eat a sensible small dinner.)
6. 200 Cal snack between dinner and bed
The Seroslim is to get rid of the night cravings. (5-HTP will work too.
Hoodia is to keep from overeating
1600 Caleries for female and 2000 for male is Min
you can skip a step if you feel like you want to, but you can't add it on at any other time.
Make sure to walk or run 3 times per week for 20-30 minutes
You will lose 3 lbs+ per week

After reading this I just have to share something because I spent many years going from diet to diet without seeing any success until I saw Pams magic plan (just google it). Without doubt its the most weight loss that I have ever had and it is still working to this day.

she has a bunch on $$$$$$ so she can hire great personal trainers and chefs to help her achieve and maintain her weight loss goals in a fraction of the time it would take the average person. Plus in order for her career to continue doing well to make that $$$$$ she has extra motivation.

She hasn't really lost that much weight. Her body's still pretty athletic - but not bone thin like most of the ho's in Hollywood. She's one of the people I actually admire that's made it big. She's gotten rich and famous because of her talent, but she hasn't let it get to her head.

kelly has been working a lot so, iam guessing, that she might not find time to eat 3 meals a day and proberly eats 2 meals or meal and snacks.

I heard her say that she drinks "Vitamin Water" but the truck load! On top of that, she has a personal trainer and a nutritionist.
Wouldn't we all to love to have the luxury of a personal trainer and nutritionist?

by having the money to have a personal trainer, working on routines for her performaces, and being able to afford specially prepared foods that are healthy, nutritious, and tasty.
Celebrities have all the tools that would make it easy for anybody to loose weight.
